ELITE SC 3. THE CONCEPT.
The ELITE model SC 3 is our band saw sharpening machine multi-profile. It can sharpen a lot of different type of teeth shape allowing the independent adjustments of the feed pitch, of the grinding wheel working depth and of the entry/exit speed. It has different cams for different profiles.
The speed of working is adjustable by VFD (variable-frequency-drive) and it uses a CBN grinding wheel for perfect sharpening operations.
Its vertical design, solid and reliable, was studied to require little space and bear high workloads.
The SC 3 includes a refrigeration equipment.
