4.1.Instructions for unpacking and setting up
Take special care when lifting the load: The load may not be centered!
To lift or move the load, use a forklift with blades long enough to support the machine, taking into account the width and depth of the machine for the calculation of the weights to lift.
Once the packaging has been opened, remove the fixing stops from the feet of the machine

Remove protections before connecting the machine

5.INSTALLATION
5.1.Machine placement
Before any work make sure that the machine is well aligned and does not oscillate at any of its ends, in which case it must be wedged to avoid movements. For its correct level it is necessary to use a leveling tool. This check must be carried out both longitudinally and transversally.

Poorly leveling the machine can cause unwanted vibrations and premature wear of the linear guides.
Before connecting it, remove all packaging protections that the machine has for transport.
WARNING: The machine must not be used under any circumstances by unqualified or unauthorized personnel.
The machine should be placed on a concrete floor in a room with a sawdust extraction system. Around the machine there should be much enough space for storing the circular saw blades.
5.2.Electrical connection

DANGER HIGH VOLTAGE!
The electrical connection of the machine must be carried out by qualified technical personnel only at the voltage indicated in the machine order / machine identification plate.
For any doubt about the voltage, consult the manufacturer before the connection.
Any claim for an incorrect connection will be out of warranty.
To connect the machine to the electricity , use the L1, L2, L3 and PE clips.
During the first starting of the machine, make sure that a sense of the rotations of the brushes is correct. The correct sense of the rotations of the brushes guarantees the correct sense of rotations of the pomp motor.
The PE protection wire should be absolutely connected to the machine. Check the condition of the protection system.
5.3. Conditions of a safe work
The machine should be placed in a big enough room to enable the operator(s) to access to the all elements of the machine easy. Around the machine there should be much enough space for storing the circular saw blades.
When connecting the machine to the electricity, do not forget about the fire protection system!
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Check whether the protection cover from access to the brushes is correctly positioned before starting work.
- The operator’s clothes should be strictly adapted to the character of work.
- Operator should wear the leather protective gloves when changing the brushes and saw blades.
- It is not allowed to store the large amount of the saw blades around the cleaning machine.
- Turn off the main power during the break at work.
- Any adjustments, repairs and renovations can be made only by the persons with appropriate qualifications.
- The operator should also obey the Occupational Safety and Health rules strictly and take care of general cleanliness and good organization of his/her workplace.

6.STARTING UP
In this section we show you to operate the BR 800 in order to work.

NOTE: The data that appears in the different images are by way of example, each type of tool has its recommended data and a skilled operator must know them.
- The blades do not require any preparation (lubrication, humidification etc.) before cleaning.
- The blades can be cleaned just before the sharpening process and the cleaning machine can be operated by the sharpening machine operator what increases the productivity of working time.
- It is recommended to install the saw blade on the hub (13) according to the direction showing on the machine structure drawing (look at the next page). However the installation in the opposite direction is permitted and is insignificant mistake.
- The hub (13) can fit the saw blades with the hole diameters from Ø 30 to 90 mm.
- To install the saw blades in the machine, insert them between the brushes with using the wrench which is standard equipment of the machine. After adjusting the saw blade position with using the wrench, turn the axle(21) to the right, then remove the wrench.
- For installing the saw blades with diameter up to 600 mm in the machine, use the axle (21) in the bar(12). The saw blade with diameter above 600 mm are removed from the machine and installed in together with the axle(21).
- The installation wrench is also the extension of the axle(21) what facilitates the installation and remove of the saw blades with diameter above 600 mm.
- Set the cleaning time depending on dirtiness degree (in practice usually 3 minutes are enough).
- The dirt saw blades stored longer need to be cleaned longer.
- Position the saw blades in the machine so that the brushes occupies as much place as possible on the saw blades’ surface.
- When cleaning the recurrent saw blades, use the buffer brushes(11) which will be performing the positioning function of the saw blade installation.
- The buffer brushes(11) perform also the brake function for the saw blade rotation. Thanks to that the main brushes can work more effectively.
- Attention: If the saw blade is too close to the buffer brushes(11), it can be completely blocked.
- The oil-water emulsion should be mixed in relation of 1/50 (2% of oil). The emulsion streams should be directed to the saw blade surface just at the contact with the brushes.
- Use the emulsion oil of any brand using in metalworking.
- The BR 800 machine does not guarantee that the spaces between the teeth will be completely cleaned but the dirt residues between these spaces do not influence on the quality of the saw blade work.
7.WIRING

8.MAINTENANCE
8.1.Preventive maintenance
The maintenance of the ELITE model BR 800 is very simple but at the same time important. The correct maintenance and lubrication influence on its long and failure-free work.
It consists of the following:
- Oil the saw blade installation axle (21) twice a day
- Clean the tank (15) regularly depending on its dirtiness degree
- Pour the engine oil in the sleeves of the spindles everty 160 working hours - 2 x 50 m3. Unscrew the M12 plugs to pour the oil.
Use the equipment only in dry environments. The temperature must be between 5 and 40ºC. A relative humidity greater than 90%, as well as a saline environment, would cause premature corrosion of the machine.
9.ACCESSORIES AND CONSUMABLES
10.WARRANTY
All our machines are tested before being shipped. However, there can always be defects that are not observable at first sight.
Our machines are guaranteed against manufacturing or material defects under normal use and maintenance conditions.
The period of this guarantee is 12 months from the date of purchase and consists of the replacement of defective material.
The guarantee will be automatically canceled in the event of a modification outside our company or in manifest cases of misuse of the machine.
The guarantee does not include parts subject to normal wear due to use such as skids, lubrication cartridge, abrasives, etc.
